Nature was generous to Cayastá and with its beautiful region. Cayastá, the original Santa Fe, is known for its sand streets and leisurely rhythm. It it located in a natural paradise at San Javier river ans ir  tributary of Paraná river, one of the largest rivers in the world with a length of 3,740 kilometers.

Juan de Garay fell in love with the area and founded original Santa Fe, whose ruins are now in the process of becoming a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Cayastá has a temperate climate. The hottest season is from November to March with an average summer temperature is 24ºC and the average winter temperature is 10ºC. It is notable in the absence of well - defined four seasons. Rainfall, reaching 1,100 mm, is distributed more or less evenly throughout the year.
